To support partners and associate partners on a wide variety of consulting projects
- Analyse business data, situations, business systems/processes
- Identify issues, propose solutions
- Provide leadership to client teams
- Shape and deliver a variety of business projects often including significant elements of technology
Skills & Experience
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Guide: 4 – 10 years experience in a combination of consultancy and business
- Degree, ideally in a, numerate subject, physics, engineering, maths…..
- Sector exposure should include one or more of consumer goods, retail, travel, fintech, online, energy
- Analytical skills and evidence of having performed some effective business analysis
- Evidence of having performed a team lead role either in line management or within a consulting organisation
- A background in IT systems design/programming/project delivery
- Project management and an interest in developing these skills further
Essential personal qualities:
- Good communicator, able to engage with and gain the confidence of clients
- Structured, organised
- Ability to work with limited supervision and under some pressure
- Flexibility – able to turn his or her hand to many things
- Willing to travel
- Driven, entrepreneurial, commercially aware
- Curious, must enjoy learning & problem solving, will need to be confident and determined
