Our Story

Arundel is an independent business consulting boutique based in London UK. Founded in 2013 as a limited company the firm has grown steadily and became an LLP in 2017.

Arundel is pronounced either ARR-un-duhl (/ˈærəndəl/) or, locally, AHN-duhl (/ˈɑːndəl/).

We don’t claim to be unique but we are unusual. Arundel was born out of an idea and a belief. An idea that listening, providing real experience, making projects happen and delivering real business value was what clients really needed. A belief that if we could deliver on the idea then our clients would be successful and Arundel would thrive.

The firm’s approach to work and composition of the team that delivers it, has been built to deliver on that idea. Small teams comprising highly experienced leadership with line management and P&L experience combined with track records shaping and delivering complex transformational change.
