Sue is the partner responsible for what is loosely termed “Operations”, encompassing our accounting and human resources functions. In a small but growing consultancy, this is a role that is ever-changing and providing new challenges, such as finding a bigger office.
Her consultancy background started with over 12 years’ hands-on implementation experience as a consultant, functional lead and project manager on major ERP implementation and business transformation projects. She followed this with 10 years or so of practice management, building a CRM practice and a French subsidiary of a consultancy from scratch.
Outside of work, Sue’s a keen runner and founded a small running based business to keep her sane.
