We employ people from a variety of backgrounds across both consultancy and business. Many of our consultants have held roles in line management, accountancy, business start-ups or have an MBA. Some of the team have an engineering or numerical background, which means that problem solving is key to who we are. It’s this blend of different people that is our strength. There simply isn’t a typical Arundel consultant.

Kristin, one of our Senior Consultants explains – there is no template for an Arundel consultant, just like there’s no template for a typical Arundel day.
Our team is comprised of an eclectic mix of engineers, accountants, sales managers, MBAs from top institutions, procurement professionals, growth specialists, and people experts. We see qualifications and background as building blocks that are only part of what any team member – or candidate – has to offer. This has resulted in us assembling a team of bright enthusiastic individuals with varied and complementary skillsets.
Nevertheless, there are unifying threads running through our company. Arundel respects expertise. Our team holds decades of experience across numerous industries.
